RETURNS

At Urban Gray Boutique, our biggest goal is to well serve our loyal customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!

Please look over your order as soon as you receive it. If you think that you've been given a defective item, contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so that we can correct the mistake. *Urban Gray Boutique will only accept swimwear returns that have not been worn and MUST have any liners completely attached.


Return Policy


At Urban Gray, we understand that shopping online is not the same as seeing and feeling the clothes in person, so we try to be as return friendly as possible. Please take a look at some of the rules and regulations we instate at Urban Gray Boutique to make shopping online a little easier for all of us! 


Here is a list of rules regarding returns:

  • Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. We cannot issue refunds.
  • All returns must be received within 30 days* of the date that we ship out your order.
  • Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn. Any returns that do not meet our return polices and guidelines will be considered void. Feel free to contact us prior to your return to verify if the item meets our return requirements.
  • Include your return form.
  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
  • Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received. 


*Please allow 5-10 days for package transit. This will ensure that we receive your return within the 30 day window.

*Please note that our return policy applies to both domestic and international orders.



Changing Or Cancelling Your Order


Sometimes something happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately! At Urban Gray, we try to pack and ship your orders as soon as possible! Once we initially process your order we will be unable to make any changes to your order.


Adding Items to an Order You Just Placed


If you want to add an item to your order after it has already been placed,  contact us immediately! We may be able to add the item to your existing order, but only we have not already processed your order. We cannot add additional items to your order once it has been processed. If you miss that window, place a new order for additional item, and, if it is within 24 hours of your previous order, contact us immediately. We will do our best to ship it out with your first order or waive the shipping fee on this additional order. Just email us at support@urbangrayboutique.com and include both order numbers in your message.

We are processing and shipping orders within our standard 1 to 2 business days.

**Please note that USPS is currently experiencing longer delivery times. Standard shipping may temporarily require more time to be delivered. Expedited shipping times will be extended to 1-4 days. You may find more information at the USPS link here.


We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events, peak shopping days, and holidays. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, you can always contact customer service  for help in choosing the best shipping method to receive it on time!
